As a commitment to our customers, we provide 24-hour emergency assistance. If you run out in the middle of the night, even in the dead of winter, a delivery will be made to your home or commercial building. We provide emergency service if your furnace stops working in the middle of the night.
Types of delivery:
- Automatic delivery cycles every 4 – 6 weeks
- Spring/Fall seasonal fills: for lower usage or difficult winter access
- Island delivery in late fall by barge
- Tank monitor system available
- Will Call: Customers that want to control their own deliveries will be responsible for monitoring their own propane levels. Delivery requests must be in advance (5 days notice). An Additional fee/charge may apply in the case of an emergency off-route delivery
